The Lindner College of Business prides itself on its PACE curriculum, which focuses on the continual development of each individual student’s Professionalism, Academics, Character and Engagement (PACE).

Undergraduate students begin their journey on the Lindner Fast Track freshman experience, which helps them discover their passion and begin turning it into a career while working on real-world projects for organizations such as Target, the Cincinnati Reds and the United Way. Lindner’s nationally ranked cooperative education (co-op) program provides students with real-world, hands-on experience working with both leading local companies (Procter & Gamble, Macy’s, and Kroger) and companies around the world (Disney, Google and ESPN).

In 2012, Bloomberg Businessweek ranked eight undergraduate programs at Lindner among the Top 20 public programs in the nation: Accounting (#5), Marketing (#5), Ethics (#7), Microeconomics (#10), Macroeconomics (#10), International Business (#14), Operations Management (#15), and Finance (#16).

Lindner graduate students are able to tailor their own education by choosing their area of focus, their individual learning experiences and the location of their studies.

Lindner MBA students can customize their degree with one of 20-plus specialties ranging from Innovation to Data Analytics to Marketing and take classes in a full-time, part-time and/or online format. This level of specialization and flexibility is one of the many reasons why the Lindner MBA made the nation’s biggest rankings jump and was ranked one of the nation’s Top 35 public programs in the 2015 U.S. News & World Report rankings.

Graduate students interested in a more specialized learning experience can delve deeper into a single discipline with one of Lindner’s specialized master’s degrees, such as the Master of Science in Business Analytics (ranked one of North America’s Top 20 programs by InformationWeek) or the Master of Science in Marketing (named one of the country’s Top Graduate Marketing Programs by Masters Degrees Online).

Students searching for fast, focused and relevant learning outside of a full degree program can pursue one of many Graduate Certificates.

Doctoral programs are also available for students interested in careers in research or teaching fields.
