The University of Cincinnati held Commencement for its summer and fall graduates on Dec. 10, 2011. More than 2,600 applied for graduation. One of the highlights of the ceremony was UC's awarding of an honorary doctorate degree to longtime UC supporter and UC Trustee Buck Niehoff, JD '72. The event was followed by a reception hosted by the UC Alumni Association.
